West Coast X-Ray was established in Southern California in 1988. Since then, we have expanded our territory to include all of California, along with the Pacific Northwest and Western United States. In 2004 we moved our corporate office to Redding, California. In 2007 we completed construction on our new corporate office which includes a warehouse and laboratory in Millville, just 10 miles east of Redding.
We have representatives located throughout California and Oregon to assist you. We sell digital x-ray systems, new and previously owned x-ray systems, processors, accessories and other equipment, at reasonable prices. Although we operate primarily throughout the West Coast, we also conduct business nation and worldwide. Our dealerships include AGFA, American Medical Sales, Inc., HCMI, Konica, Quantum, Summit, and Universal just to name a few.
We offer around the clock emergency technical support for our clients. Whenever possible, our service technicians will talk your x-ray technician through troubleshooting a problem over the telephone in order to avoid a service call-out fee. If a service call-out is unavoidable, we will respond promptly and our services will be affordable. All necessary repairs are explained up front, prior to the actual repair, avoiding surprise expenses. Our shipping charges are billed to you as they are billed to us. There are no hidden fees.
We have eighty-four (84) month "finance option plans" available on both new and previously owned equipment, on approved credit. These are not lease programs, at the end of the contract you own the equipment. Entire x-ray rooms, including office build-out, start-up expenses and furnishings, can be financed in one consolidated loan package. Our finance specialists will work with you to insure that you will get the lowest possible interest rate and the best tax benefit out of your equipment.
